TERMS & CONDITIONS
a.) A "translation" shall refer to the final document, prepared in electronic form and formatted on standard A4 paper, calculated on the basis of 250 words per page.
b.) For documents consisting of multiple pages, the total number of translated pages shall be determined in accordance with the definition stated above.
c.) Any document, or portion thereof, containing fewer that 250 words shall be billed as one full page. As soon as the page exceeds 250 words, an additional page will be charged.
d.) The term "Estimated" indicates that the final number of pages—and therefore the total cost—may vary upon completion of the translation.
e.) For documents of 1 to 3 pages, you can expect the following turnaround times for receiving the translation:

Rush Processing 3–4 working days 5–7 working days
Expedite Processing 2 working days 3–4 working days
For submissions, kindly email a clear scanned copy of your document to translation@alliancefr.ph
f.) Even when the "Expedite" option is selected, the final release date shall remain at the sole discretion of the translator
g.) For documents exceeding 1,000 words, the delivery date shall be mutually agreed upon by the Client and the Alliance Française de Cebu.
h.) The processing times indicated above are for reference only. The only binding delivery date is the one specified in the "Sales of Translation Services" Form.
i.) Upon signing this Agreement, the client shall remit 100% of the translation fee to the Alliance Française de Cebu.
j.) Alliance Française de Cebu shall not be liable for any loss or damage to documents submitted for translation, as only photocopies are accepted.
k.) An additional fee of P200 will be charged for any modification requested after the translation has been completed. However, if the revision is due to an error by the translator, no additional fee shall apply.
l.) Cancellation Policy:

m.) By signing the Sales of Translation Services Form, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the Alliance Française de Cebu's Translation Policy.
